Browse businesses, open a public business profile, and click Request Booking. If your phone number or service location is missing, we’ll ask you to add it before submitting.

How do I list my business?

Create a free account first, then click List Your Business to add your business profile.

How does business verification work?

Businesses can appear publicly when active and complete. A verified badge only appears when VincyPros has reviewed and verified the business.

Why is a business unverified?

An unverified business has not received the verified badge yet. It may still be visible, but it should not show as verified.

How do reviews work?

Reviews are tied to completed service requests. This helps keep reviews trustworthy.

Who can leave a review?

Only signed-in users who completed a service request with that business can leave a review.

How do I report a business or review?

Use the Report Business or Report Review option on the public business profile or review card.

How do I update my phone number?

Go to your profile or update it when making a booking request.

What should I do if a business does not respond?

Try contacting them using another listed method or submit a support request through the Help Center.

Use the Help Center contact form and choose the issue type that best matches your problem.

Verified badge guidance
