VincyPros is an online platform that helps people find and connect with local businesses and service providers.
VincyPros does not directly provide the services listed on the platform. Businesses and service providers are independent and are responsible for their own work, communication, pricing, availability, and service quality.
Users may create an account to browse services, save businesses, request services, report issues, and leave reviews when eligible.
You agree to provide accurate information when using the platform. You must not use fake names, obscene names, abusive language, false information, or impersonate another person or business.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
Users may list a business or service on VincyPros. Business owners are responsible for making sure their business name, phone number, location, category, photos, social links, opening hours, and service information are accurate.
VincyPros may remove, hide, suspend, or reject listings that appear fake, misleading, inappropriate, abusive, unsafe, or against these Terms.
A verified badge means VincyPros has reviewed or confirmed certain business information. It does not guarantee the quality of the service, the outcome of any job, or the conduct of the business.
Unverified businesses may still appear on the platform, but they will not show a verified badge.
Users may request services through VincyPros. A request does not guarantee that a business will accept the job.
Users and businesses are responsible for confirming job details, timing, pricing, and expectations before work begins.
VincyPros is not responsible for disputes, damages, missed appointments, poor workmanship, pricing disagreements, or other issues between users and businesses.
Users may view reviews on business profiles.
Only signed-in users who completed a service request with a business may leave a review.
Reviews must be honest, respectful, and based on a real experience. Fake reviews, abusive reviews, spam, threats, hate speech, private information, and obscene content are not allowed.
Businesses cannot delete or edit customer reviews, but they may report reviews for admin review.
VincyPros may hide, remove, or moderate reviews that break these Terms.
Users and businesses may report reviews, business profiles, wrong information, suspicious listings, bugs, or safety concerns.
Submitting a report does not automatically remove the reported content. VincyPros will review reports and decide what action to take.
VincyPros may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Business owners may upload photos and add social links. You must only upload images and links that you have the right to use.
VincyPros may remove images or links that are inappropriate, misleading, unsafe, or unrelated to the business.
VincyPros may suspend, restrict, reject, or remove accounts, businesses, reviews, photos, or content if they break these Terms or harm the safety and trust of the platform.
VincyPros may update, change, pause, or remove parts of the platform at any time. We try to keep the platform working, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.
VincyPros is not responsible for the actions, work, promises, pricing, or conduct of businesses or users on the platform.
Users should use their own judgment before hiring a business or accepting a service request.
By using VincyPros, you agree that we may collect and use information needed to operate the platform, such as account information, business details, service requests, reviews, and reports.
A separate Privacy Policy should explain how user information is collected, stored, and used.
VincyPros may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
